Polaris Castillo was born successfully in Los Angeles, California. Doing cave drawings inside his mother's womb, his life-long pencil holding has lead to dreamy surrealist worlds from outer space. Recently he created BalloonHead, a character who leapt from the page to life-sized mannequin and is now appearing in Los Angeles.
