Brett drew on everything from his homework margins to the living room walls, thus starting his slow descent into the underbelly of visual design and illustration. Since those fateful years, he has worked on video games, card games, books, and film. He has self published two art books with a third on the way, and won the Origins award for outstanding work in the games industry.

Currently he is teaching at Gnomon School of Visual FX and freelancing in Pasadena, California. He prefers to stay highly caffeinated.
