Jordu Schell has been a designer of film and television characters for over 15 years, and has worked on numerous projects including: Men In Black, Planet of the Apes(2001), Batman Returns, Edward Scissorhands, The X-Files Movie, Predator II, Galaxy Quest, Evolution, My Favorite Martian, Alien: Resurrection, Babylon 5 – The Series, The Guyver, Bedazzled, and many more.

His classes, which are taught in the studio, allow students to get a first-hand look at how creatures are created for movies and television, and a thorough hands-on experience designing their own masks, maquettes and illustrations. His is the only school specializing in these aspects of conceptualization.
